問題 1 ‘During’ / ‘While’
During
特定の期間や出来事について話すときには「during」を使う。 何かが起こる時期を説明する。
文例：
- He had many amazing experiences during his holiday. (彼は休暇中に多くの素晴らしい経験をした。）
- During the covid pandemic, many people had to change the way they worked. (コロナウイルスの大流行時には、多くの人が働き方を変えなければならなかった。）
- I like to visit my parents during my holidays. (休みの日に両親を訪ねるのが好きなんだ。）

二つのことが同時に起こっているときに「while」を使う。
文例：
- While he was on holiday, he broke his arm playing tennis. (休暇中にテニスで腕を骨折した。）

- I had an amazing idea while I was walking. (歩いているときにすごいことを思いついたんだ。）
