Superlative grammar rule review

1️⃣ For adjectives with one syllable use ‘est’ at the end of the word.
🔹 small ➡️ smallest           high ➡️ highest

 

2️⃣ For two syllable adjectives that end in ‘y’ use ‘iest
🔹 hungry ➡️ hungriest

 

3️⃣ For adjectives that have 2 or more syllables (long adjectives) use ‘the most’ before the adjective.
🔹 annoying ➡️ the most annoying
