Third Person Singular 's' Ending Spelling Exercises and Rules for the Present Simple
Level: 🟡A2
In English, the third person singular ends with an ‘s’ like this:
▪️I speak
▪️You speak
▪️We speak
▪️He speaks
▪️She speaks
▪️It speaks
▪️They speak
This is quite easy to understand and practice because most verbs end with ‘s’. However, some verbs are written differently and end with ‘es’ or ‘ies’, like this:
▪️He watches ▪️He studies ▪️He fixes
Review the spelling rules for the third person singular
