These three words are often confused and are frequently used in the task 1 and 2.
Here is an explanation of the differences:
🔸Economy (noun) = The relationship between trade, production, and money within a country or region “Italy’s economy has slowed down recently”
🔸Economic (adj) = This relates to the economy “India’s economic situation is improving”
🔸Economical (adj) = Good value/Can save money “It is more economical to ride a bicycle”
